The traditional special event will offer screenplay pitches and screenings of works-in-progress. Filmmakers will have an opportunity to get acquainted with potential investors, producers, partners, and with other creative teams, in order to exchange experiences, build contacts, and search for new markets for their works.

Festival guests and participants will hold open master-classes aimed mainly at students, future experts of the film industry, and creative young people.

Press–conferences, round tables and panel discussions devoted to topical questions of the film industry in Kazakhstan, including the new Law on Cinema which is under preparation by the initiative from the Ministry of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Professional Filmmakers Club, a meeting lounge open for festival guests and participants at the Rixos Hotel.
